We are happy to refund the purchase price if for any reason is returned to us in a state of unopened / unused 'sealed' within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that all accessories are returned.
- The refund will exclude the shipping cost incurred by us.

If the goods arrive faulty or fault during the warranty period, you can return them to D.S.ELETTRONICA for repair / replacement, or contact the manufacturer directly, whose customer service can help solve many common problems on the phone or via e-mail.
If you want to return a defective product to D.S.ELETTRONICA, please first contact us by email: email@example.com and then fill in the "RETURNS" form, then follow the instructions to authorize the return of the goods.
Please send products via courier only when you have received a confirmation by our customer service - it is strongly recommended to use the courier insurance included. Note that; to ensure good service, D.S.ELETTRONICA may offer sending its own carrier to withdraw the parcel from you, at the purchaser expense.
If a defective item back to us we will do our best to fix it. D.S.ELETTRONICA works in conjunction with several repair centers throughout Europe who are able to repair many common defects. Although we do our best to offer the fastest possible service, the average time is about one month.
Your goods should arrive in perfect condition, but if a parcel comes partly or totally damaged you should write these problems directly on the delivery note, the presence of the courier that will deliver. Please be aware that comments on the delivery note as 'reserves Unpacking / Inspection' or 'Damaged box' have no legal value; if you are not satisfied with the condition of your package and / or products, please refuse the delivery. Send your photos (if available) via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact us by messenger and will do our best to find a solution and get your goods in good condition.
Otherwise, the package will be considered as delivered in good condition and no subsequent claims or complaints can be accepted by D.S.ELETTRONICA.
If you reject a delivery and sending it back to D.S.ELETTRONICA because the goods were damaged during transport, please take photos of the damaged parts of the product, the whole package and the full product (s). Also give a detailed description of the damage on the delivery note.
Contact us within 10 hours of the morning after delivery, by e-mail at email@example.com. We will contact the courier and do our best to find a solution.
If the courier is not available to stay when you open the package and then accepted the package and cross the 'Received in good condition' (or similar) reference on the recipient's signature space on the delivery note. Explain that you were not able to check the status of the parcel and goods, because the courier would not stay with you while you checked your parcel.
