2. Making a contract with us
2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
2.2 Once we have reviewed your order we will send you an email again to confirm that we accept your order and that a contract has been made between us.
2.3 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made an error in pricing, we will advise you of this. You will receive an e-mail explaining the reasons of cancellation order, and there will be no contract between us.
2.4 Even if we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is for information only and is provided in good faith.
2.5 This agreement is governed by English law.
3. How to order
3.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and add it to your cart. Unnecessary items can be removed from your cart at any time.
3.2 Transport costs will be shown before you place your order.
3.3 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at time of order.
3.4 We use secure payment facilities for online shopping. You can pay for your order with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bank Transfer.
3.5 Promotional prices only apply during the period indicated.
3.6 All prices on our website are in Euro and include VAT at the current rate.
3.7 Once the order has been confirmed, the changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs and delays.
3.8 Once the order is complete we will inform you of the date of shipment.
4. Delivery and Freight Charges
4.1 Goods will normally be shipped from our warehouse within 5 working days and any estimated shipping date is an estimate, which may change without notice.
4.2 Usually we ship the goods 7 working days after the order.
4.3 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
4.4 We can deliver our products to all European countries.
4.5 We cooperate with the main couriers DHL, UPS, FEDEX, SDA, TNT.
4.6 We will deliver the goods to the premises specified on your order. You must be home to accept delivery of your order, which is usually 9:00-18:00 Monday-Friday. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage, if you indicate the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
4.7 After two delivery attempts failed (or if you are not at home for a delivery as agreed) the goods can be returned to the factory and we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery lead time.
4.8 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to transfer the additional costs from our carriers to redirect your delivery.
4.9 Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged must be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within a reasonable time.
4.10 If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know immediately.
4.11 The time is not the essence of the contract unless otherwise specified in writing by a Director of the Company.
5. Cancellation and returns
5.1 You may cancel the contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail a firstname.lastname@example.org.
5.2 It must give an explanation for the cancellation, because it will help us improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
5.3 In the event of cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days of purchase, by sending an email to email@example.com, where we will notify you of the return address,complete with the original packaging to us, at their own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
5.4 If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge for impairment.
5.5 We will refund all monies paid to us by you including any shipping / transport within 30 days, net of costs incurred under this contract.
5.6 Business customers, clients or exempted from the rules on distance selling can not cancel an order without our mutual consent. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
6. Defective goods / warranty
6.1 If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by e-mail or in writing with details of the problem. Its helpful if you can provide a digital photo of the problem as this normally saves having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
6.2 All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty against defects in workmanship and defective materials, subject to the terms and conditions of this guarantee.
6.3 The manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law says that you have as a consumer and accordingly, your statutory rights are not affected.
6.4 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement of goods will not be shipped until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.Le cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility, but on closer inspection we will refund the cost of shipment, provided that the goods found to be defective. If the goods are not defective, we come back to you, but you will be required to cover our costs reasonable.
7.1 The products sold on this website are designed to comply with all applicable laws of the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
7.2 We do not accept liability for any lost profits or indirect losses. You should then book the installation of the goods until they have received and checked.
8. Commercial or Industrial Customers
The following conditions apply to orders placed by businesses or business customers.
8.1 Orders can not be canceled except by mutual agreement and our having been confirmed in writing by a Director or our company. We reserve the right to delete and / or restocking fees.
8.2 Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 2 days of delivery.
